Protection of employees in international employment contracts

This study investigated the level of labor protection as per international contract. Thus, way applicable law is applied to relations in Jordan and other Arab countries such Kuwait Bahrain, Rome I Regulation were discussed (Council European Union, 2008). was done evaluate compared countries. Attempts made raise problem, delineate ongoing situation Jordan, suggest suitable solutions. The analytical method, survey judiciary literature relevant legal documents showed not suitable. because Jordanian contradictory regarding interpretation occurrences related determining law, for there are no clear, explicit provisions this regard. It also suggested that legislator intervenes protect provides regulations on application law. has provided fertile soil beneficiaries enhance make it conform standards, future research aim at purpose, deal with rights remote work or performed more than one country.
